1. Products and Services
We sell new (one-time-use) and used shipping containers. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase.
Sizes Available:
- 20 ft and 40 ft
- Standard height (8'6") and high cube (9'6")
- One-time-use and used conditions
2. Order Process
Orders may be placed via phone, email, or online. Once confirmed:
- An invoice will be issued
- Delivery will be scheduled
- Cancellations may incur a processing fee
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods: credit cards, ACH, wire transfers, and more.
4. Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across the U.S.
Delivery Terms:
- Delivery dates are estimates
- Site must be level, accessible, and obstruction-free
- Customer ensures adequate space for trucks and unloading
- Failed deliveries due to poor site conditions may incur re-delivery fees
- If a truck becomes stuck during delivery due to site conditions (e.g., mud, soft ground, obstructions), the client is fully responsible for any tow bills or recovery expenses
5. Condition of Used Containers
Used containers are wind and watertight (WWT) unless stated otherwise. Expect normal wear such as:
- Dents, scratches, and surface rust
- Functional doors, floors, and seals
No warranties are implied unless provided in writing.
6. Inspection and Acceptance
Customers may request photos or inspections prior to delivery. Containers are deemed accepted unless issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Modifications and Custom Work
All custom modifications are non-refundable once in production. Extended timelines may apply.
8. Returns and Refunds
- No returns after delivery
- Refunds for cancellations (prior to shipment) may incur fees
- Requests must be made in writing
9. Limitation of Liability
Bulldog Cargo Containers is not liable for:
- Delays from weather, transport issues, or site inaccessibility
- Damage from improper use or placement
- Indirect or consequential damages
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the [Your State]. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
